yes of course, we often work off plans that have been drawn up by your architect. Don’t be surprised though if we make them better!
we work very closely with other building vendors to bring your new home to life, we can work off plans drawn up by your architect and with interior designers who focus on the layout of the internal spaces.
A building permit is required and your builder is able to apply to your local council for the issue of the permit. A private building surveyor will need to be appointed.
There is a lot to think of and organise when it comes to building your custom home, it is helpful to take a note book and start writing notes about your requirements in a home and then look at your financial position, as most likely you will need some sort of loan to complete your construction, then you can start speaking to a builder.
You should allow at least 9 months to complete but budget for longer. Speak to your builder directly to avoid any disappointments around timeframes.
